Profit to me =443.00€

I guess you could add a fiver for fuel, but there were no staff required, no wages to pay, the job was done and dusted in just over three hours, and the overall the profit, 100% all mine.

There was no traffic to worry about. The client lives in a villa in the mountains, so I got to see some of the worlds most stunning scenery on the way!

This could be your life too, in a couple of months from today three at the most....

Get that job out of the way and head home for a leisurely lunch at 2pm - then at 4 you’re off to see another client to quote for a multi split unit, ín this case 3 indoor units, 2 bedroom 1 lounge, all connected to one single outdoor unit, saving space, energy costs and of course installation costs.  

They wanted a unit installed on an extension (this job came through a local english builder contact I made when I arrived) That’s about 2500€. Normally the builder will add a small percentage on top for finding the installation engineer (who could be you) and managing the job through, so the 2500€ is yours minus costs. Profit on this will be 1100€.

You'll have the confidence to install multi splits once you have been trained and you have a little 'on the job' experience, and I'm always there to help if you need it

And dont forget this;
You know you have a better price than the competition, and the marketing material that attracted your client to you in the first place will do its bit to get them to sign up, done deal!

Sounds ideal right? Maybe you think I’m exaggerating? Well, let me tell you…

These customers called from ads that I have already created. They work for me right now, and they will work for you too.  You don’t ever have to struggle working out how to write an ad that pulls enquiries, because we know ours work because we have used them day in day out for 11 years!  

All you needed to do is place them into local magazines in your area and people responded to them asking for more information, a quote or a visit to offer them advice.

Add to the marketing mix the ready made sales letters you send enquirers, and you’ll immediately see how the marketing for this business is a snap!

Ok, there will be work to do building this.

If your a loafer , there's no point in reading further. You'll buy a franchise business like this (or any other) in Spain, but you'll no doubt fail and go home poorer.

I'm sorry to be so blunt, but you might need the truth, and better now than after moving the family out here out here. So think about that before you read further.

But hey, if you are willing to put in some effort (at least at the start), your results will simply amaze you!

And you're building it for yourself and your families future, that makes a LOT of difference.

- Also and this is important. Once it's up and running, you can hire people to do the hard work for you. Like I said, you need to knuckle down at first and learn the trade. But it's not hard to learn, it just has to be done right. And don't worry, the money makes it worth the effort right from day one.

It works like this...
Once your guys are trained up, you'll go out and do the job quotes, pulling in the business. They do the actual installations.

How great is that? ....
Your business day just got much shorter. Yes, you'll need more jobs on the go to cover their wages costs, but now you have much more time to get the world out. Place adverts, set up joint venture with builders, estate agents and furniture companies..... the work in Spain is there, you just need to know how to go and get it.

Don't get me wrong, you might never want staff, they are a cost.  You could stay man & van and keep all the profit in YOUR pocket. but if and when the time comes to  drop it down another gear, its a realistic option, you'll know when the time comes.


Now, here's the clincher;

THIS REALLY CAN BE YOUR PENSION.

You should think about this seriously - What guarantees can banks and Governments offer you these days? It's up to you to lock in an income for the years to come. Well, with this business, In a few short years you can sit back and watch the maintenance income come in every month, often with little or no effort on your part.
